OUR CONCEPT

The « Spuntinu » Corsican Tradition lies in the island shepherd’s transhumance. To endure those harship, long and perious travels, shepherd’s would bring with them small bites, tapas, snacks made of raw, simple and authentic Corsican products and trusted favourites.  
 
At the Farinole in a relaxed atmosphere, we are very serious about making people experienced those true raw « nustrale » products made to be shared between friends. At the FARINOLE a true experienced is synonymous with Corsican wines. Come and discover our Corsican dynamic low-intervention wine list from small producers and our signature Mediterranean cocktails.

To offer you unconditional tastiness all of our products are directly imported from Corsica with no intermediary. From the producer to you plate and glass.
